Operator and scope
These terms govern access to the current Domainvana preview operated by Backend Developments, LLC. Contact domainvana@gmail.com for support. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement where you live and have authority to act for any business you represent. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
Current service status
Domainvana currently offers live domain discovery alongside clearly labeled test and preview workflows. Test checkout, sample orders, preview hosting plans, DNS drafts, renewal settings, marketplace listings, and auction concepts do not complete real purchases, transfers, bids, deployments, DNS changes, or renewals. Do not rely on preview records as evidence of domain ownership or active services.
Domain availability and prices
Availability can change before registration completes. Search results and suggestions do not reserve a domain. Sample prices are illustrative. Live discovery prices are supplier information, not a binding registration offer. Any future live order must present its registration period, total payable amount, renewal conditions, and applicable agreements before acceptance. Ownership exists only after the registrar confirms successful registration for the correct registrant.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized access, harmful traffic, or attempts to bypass rate limits or access another user’s data. We may restrict abusive activity or access necessary to protect users and service integrity.
Listings and submitted content
Submit only information and material you are entitled to provide. A listing draft does not establish ownership, verify a seller, guarantee a sale, or create an escrow arrangement. You retain rights to your submitted content and permit us to process and display it as necessary for the requested feature. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or third-party confidential information in domain names or listing fields.
Charges, renewals, and refunds
The current preview does not collect customer payments or activate paid renewals. A preview auto-renew setting is not a renewal instruction to a registrar. Live billing, cancellation, refund, transfer, and renewal terms must be provided before those services launch. Never allow an existing domain to expire based on a Domainvana preview reminder or setting.
Third-party services and availability
Authentication and domain discovery depend on third-party services, which may have separate terms and regional restrictions. Domainvana does not guarantee that every extension, payment method, or service is available in every country. We may change or interrupt preview features for maintenance, security, or development. The preview carries no uptime or fulfillment service-level commitment.
Responsibility, disputes, and changes
The preview is provided as available, without a promise that its results will meet a particular business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact domainvana@gmail.com first so we can investigate service disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. We will update this page when terms change; material new paid-service terms will be presented before a live purchase.
